How
we work?
1.
Obtain client requirements.
Clients can easily communicate with us through email, telephone
or fax. Clients will have to identify the services that are required,
after which we will discuss together the complexity of graphics
& animation to be inplemented into the project. An understanding
of the clients' marketing strategies will help us to identify
the most appropriate concept for the designs.
2.
Having acquired the relevant information, we will then prepare
a price quotation and project time frame for the clients. Once
the given quotation has been accepted, a down payment of 30% is
required before we proceed with the first stage of design. Initial
review of the work will be shown to the clients to keep them abreast
with our current work-in-progress.
3.
Previews of visuals will be uploaded to a password-protected website
given to the clients. There the clients can review it anytime
and anywhere.
4.
Once a project is completed, a final presentation will be held
through the net. When both parties are satisfied, the remaining
70% payment has to be received before we hand over the final and
complete materials.
5.
Method of Handover of materials:
- Diskette
format either for Macintosh or PC.
- Upload
to web server (Web Design only)
- VHS
tape, CD or VCD output for 3D&2D animation and CDROM productions
(webpages output into CD can be arranged)
- Overnight
courier service will be arranged for overseas clients.
